But for others, hyperventilation and sweaty palms seem to be a regularity during exam season. Here are some tips that can help beat the high levels of stress during exams.
Take a Quick Walk
Students feel that the time before exams is just meant for to be cocooned in a room with the books perpetually openand the pen to be drawn out for action and . However, research has proven that exercising such as taking a walk can boost your memory and brain power. It gives you some much needed relief.
Plan your Study Routine
This is pretty much a give, and you might read it everywhere but what is distressing is the amount of students who discount the benefits of creating a personal study plan. With some effort, you can become more productive and motivated each day you approach your study by understanding your learning progress.
Try to Get Enough Sleep
The benefits of a proper night’s sleep can never be underestimated. Sleep not only helps your brain assimilate knowledge but also helps you recall what you have studies faster. Anyone who has tried to concentrate with half a night’s sleep can also testify to improved focus with better sleep.
Take regular breaks and schedule in fun things to look forward to
